Riot Games announces the first official Teamfight Tactics tournament on Twitch Rivals

Riot Games has announced the first official tournament for its legendary League of Legends game mode Teamfight Tactics, scheduled from 17 to 18 July

The competition will be hosted by Twitch Rivals, a division of Twitch’s influential sports.

Sixty-four prominent Twitch users will be invited to participate in the new Riot-organized tournament and compete for a chance to win the championship title and a share of the $ 125,000 prize pool.

The complete list will be announced on 8 July and the public will be able to see the competition from the Twitch Rivals channel or via individual streamer channels.

Since Teamfight Tactics opened the beta tests in June, it has produced 2 million hours on Twitch every day and has attracted well-known strategy-based influencers such as Hearthstone and Auto Chess.
