The well-known energy drink brand and Riot Games are preparing to organize the particular LoL tournament based on a “midlane 1vs1” format

Red Bull and Riot Games, present the League of Legends Player One, highly anticipated event by fans and gamers from all over the world.

Players from 25 countries will compete in online qualifiers and live events, starting next April and until December 31st.

The winners of each national step will be entitled to take part in the world finals in Sao Paulo in Brazil and represent their country.

The winners of the national finals will also have the opportunity to join the Red Bull Player One Bootcamp, and stay in a gaming house with professionals who will train the players.

The Red Bull Player One will feature a 1vs1 pick blind play mode in the midlane lane: whoever gets the First Blood or destroys an opposing tower wins. Registrations are open to anyone and not just professionals, the only requirement is to be at least 16 years old.
