The ECS Counter-Strike, the global offensive league will be broadcast by Twitch and other platforms for season 7

The FACEIT league, exclusive to YouTube in the last four seasons, this year changes its appearance and will be aired from March to May, with the finals in London in June.

The Esports Championship Series (ECS), the Global Offensive League, will no longer be exclusive to YouTube, as announced by the tournament operator.

FACEIT, in fact, has broadcast the ECS on YouTube in the last four seasons, but Season 7 – which will start today March 11 – will also be broadcast on Twitch. It is the first time that the league adopted a non-exclusive approach. With this move, Overwatch League’s partnership with Twitch is the only major exclusive streaming deal still in place, along with offers from smaller leagues like the NBA 2K database and Paladins Lega Pro.

The regular season ECS Season 7 has a total prize money of $ 250,000 USD, and will last until May 9th. FACEIT will hold the $ 500K season finals at the SSE Arena, Wembley in London from 6 to 9 June. The international transmission partners of FACEIT include the Chinese Imba TV, Russia StarLadder, Poland’s Fantasy Expo, Swedish Black Molly and Danish DR Sporten.
